Employee Relations
- Manage and advise on sensitive employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of cases in line with UAE labor law and company policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee issues effectively.
- Deliver ER-related training and awareness sessions to strengthen managerial capability and workplace culture.
- Track and analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Policies & Compliance
- Review, update, and implement HR policies to ensure legal compliance, clarity, and accessibility.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on high-risk cases and policy alignment.
- Communicate labor law changes and ensure they are reflected in company practices.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Culture & Engagement
- Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting fairness, inclusion, and trust across employee interactions.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and organizational development.
- Drive preventive initiatives, such as training programs, employee listening forums, and manager support tools.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law; wider GCC experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing complex ER cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with sensitivity to employee experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
