Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans.
Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient and timely manner, thus adding value to the company business.
Developed high level relationship with strategic partner and government entity’
Implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the Company to meet commitments to all stakeholders.
Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
Work towards extending the presence of products and services in the MENA region and also internationally through strategic alliances
Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with various Department heads.
Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, while ensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers and staff are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
Give a direction to the process of culture building and re-enforcement and actively support the HR function in establishing an appropriate, professional and people-friendly culture and work environment within the company.
Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the company in business forums and public meetings, positioning the company’s image as a good corporate entity that practices effective corporate governance and generates value and wealth.
Job Requirements:
University degree in a business or engineering oriented discipline.
At least 15 years’ experience in areas relevant to the company business (Real Estates Development) in the corporate sector (preferably Real Estates institutions) with around 5 years in a senior or leading general management position.
