Strategic Financial Leadership

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities
• Drive the transition from growth-led expansion to sustainable profitability
• Analyze and optimize key business drivers including COGS, wastage, labor efficiency, and delivery platform margins
• Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations to senior leadership and the board

• Fundraising & Investor Readiness

• Support equity and debt fundraising initiatives across upcoming growth stages
• Prepare financial materials including investor presentations, financial models, and data room documentation
• Coordinate and lead financial due diligence processes with investors, lenders, and advisors
• Ensure the company remains financially disciplined and investment-ready at all times

Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital across multiple entities
• Oversee treasury operations, including capital allocation, cash forecasting, and banking relationships
• Monitor FX exposure and implement controls to manage foreign exchange risk
• Maintain financial resilience and ensure sufficient runway to support growth plans

Financial Operations & Controls

• Lead and mentor the in-house finance team while overseeing offshore accounting, AP, and AR operations
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial processes across the organization
• Improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting
• Own the month-end close process and ensure timely delivery of management accounts

Systems & Process Automation

• Implement or optimize ERP and finance systems such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics
• Integrate POS and operational data into financial reporting for stronger decision support
• Drive automation across reporting, approvals, reconciliations, and treasury workflows
• Build a scalable finance infrastructure that supports multi-brand, multi-entity growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong experience within F&B, hospitality, food-tech, or cloud kitchen environments
• Deep understanding of inventory management, margin optimization, and aggregator commission structures
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, investor-backed or high-growth business environment
• Experience managing offshore teams or shared services functions is highly preferred
• Advanced financial modeling capability and familiarity with treasury and finance automation tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present to the board
• Multi-entity or regional finance experience
• Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting
• ERP implementation or finance transformation experience
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and control
